Need technical odometer help !!
Question:
I purchased a 1996 GMC Yukon and believe the previous owner disconnected the odometer to keep milage down. I would like to know what I can look at behind the instrument cluster to determine if anything was altered that could have deactivated the odometer.. Any info regarding this subject would be appreciated. Thank you, Copout221

Have a dealer service dept. plug into the computer. They can tell you what your visual odometer is supposed to read from there. Good Luck!
