Chevy V6 info
Question:
Take a 350 Chevy and cut #7 and #8 cyl’s off and you get a 4.3. Very good engine. Early models have a little vibration. Later models have a balance shaft right above the camshaft.

I assume that this is the Vortec V6? the 4.3 V6 has been available in the safari/astro vans and in other trucks like the S-10/sonoma and the jimmy/blazer SUV’s for at least the past 13 years. — Dawson Gilliland "If death is a debt we all must pay, he paid before he owed it." -Eulogy for Canada.
