When I bought my 93 Z-71 it used to stand for: Off Road Package HD Bilstien shocks Different spring rates Larger LT 265R-16 tires. Side Decals Skid plates Who knows today what it stands for? Z71 is an RPO(regular production option) code! The package does not include the larger tires in it self. Z71 is the option code for the off road package. if you look at a option sheet it is full of ZXX numbers.
