What GMC means

Question:

Try another dealer. At our dealership we have helped many people past their warranty expiration. GM gives lattitude to dealers whow treat them fair and dont abuse their warranty claims. Sure they have a limit to what they will pay, but what I am suggesting is that possibly your dealer is the roadblock to getting GM to help you. Maybe your dealer is on shaky ground with GM and is not authorized to help you. Another dealer might get this handled for you. Good Luck!
