New owner survey's
Question:
now that’s a funny story……. New owner survey’s OK, now maybe it’s me….but I’ve bought 3 or 4 new cars/trucks and the last one is a 2003 GMC 4×4 2500HD. I don’t ever remember as many survey’s and such for all the cars/trucks put together. First one I got was the standard GM how was the truck, how was the salesman/dealership. I’m used to that one. 5 star as far as I’m concerned (Zigrossi Pontiac, Buick GMC in Batavia NY). Then I get a phone call from someone for a survey on what I like so far, what problems I’ve had, etc. No problem, nice touch I thought. Then I get another survey in the mail wanting me to compare what I like with the truck, what I don’t like, other models I looked at, etc. How much I paid, what I got for a trade-in, level of service, etc. Much more in depth than the first one. Again, no problem, filled out and sent in. Yesterday, I got a JD Powers survey for the truck. WTF….the more I praise the truck and the service, the more survey’s I get. Don’t they believe me? Anyone else get flooded with surveys? I don’t mind filling them out, but now we are fast approaching the point where I want compensation for my endorsements. THanks Tony

New owner survey’s Funny HA HA or Funny wierd? funny …ha ha but just for some insight…. you did a good thing……. all the info you give them does help…..alot of the info that the survey companys do end up in the "trade" and "tech" magazines. Which is good for the independents too. though (i’m laughing again, with you , not at you) it is putting you on a lot of mailing list. lol keep up the good work respectfully MarshMonster (independent) *)

The JD Powers is luck of the draw. The rest are worthless in my opinion. I got them and anywhere where I could possible express an opinion I can’t. It’s just rate this and rate that. Well I don’t want to rate I want to tell my damn story.
