GMC K1500 Fuel Gauge Problems
Question:
My fuel gauge is pegged on the full side. The sending unit has been replaced. This is a work truck maintained by fleet mechanics. My questions are, 1. How does this system work? 2. Can I put in a aftermarket gauge in it (under the dash type)? 3. What type of aftermarket gauge would be best. The fleet garage needs a week to fix the dash gauge and I just can’t give it up for that long. Thanks in advance.
